The Opportunity 
Join a team of 35 employees in a business committed to continuous training and development. We are seeking an experienced car salesperson with strong customer service skills and a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and possess extensive knowledge of various vehicles. You will leverage your expertise and interpersonal skills to guide customers in finding the perfect used vehicle to meet their needs.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

- Meet set sales targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Educate customers on product performance, application, and benefits, as well as optional equipment available for purchase.
- Manage customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to inquiries, quotes, and sales.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to secure sales.

About you:

- Passion for the automotive industry and experience with selling used cars.
- Open to further development and initiatives within the automotive sector.
- Experience in providing customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Professionalism, excellent presentation, and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Supportive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
