We are seeking customer focused applicants to join a head office customer service team! With full training provided this is an amazing opportunity to join Australia’s largest private diagnostic imaging network!

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Proactively respond to a range of enquiries from patients, carers, and customers
  • Manage appointment bookings and requests
  • Communication of private and sensitive information to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in transferring information.
  • Accurate record keeping with a focus on quality and accuracy of data
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment
  • Experience in the medical environment highly advantageous
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level problem-solving skills with detail focus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Successful candidates will be available to work Full Time commencing in January, 2023. Hours of work will  be on a rotational roster between 8am to 6pm. Monday to Friday! Working from home flexibility will be offered based on performance!
