DFP Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced UX Designer with one of our Federal Government client. The role is responsibile role in growing the Experience Design team’s footprint and help achieve great outcomes for all our users, participants, and providers. The Experience Design team is a small and close-knit group of professionals who strive to make a difference for our stakeholders and users. Some of the client work gives opportunities to dive deeply into complex problems while other initiatives require  to work quickly to deliver quality products in very tight timeframes.

 
Key Skills:

 • Proven Experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews, and confirming or reporting on results.
 • Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX Methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
 • Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
 • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
