Leading with empathy, adaptability and inclusivity
As Australian workplaces evolve, leadership is being redefined. Technical expertise alone is no longer enough. Today’s leaders are expected to demonstrate empathy, adaptability and inclusivity — qualities that enable them to navigate complexity, hybrid teams and diverse generational expectations.
This forum will give you the opportunity to explore this critical shift in leadership practice. You will experience two modules from YES Psychology’s program on Modern Leadership Development.
The first module will explore the foundations of modern leadership:
Why empathy and psychological safety are now essential leadership skills
How adaptability enables leaders to thrive in uncertainty and change
Practical strategies for leading hybrid teams with clarity and connection
Navigating generational diversity and aligning leadership with purpose
The second module will focus on inclusive leadership in action:
Understanding bias and its impact on decision-making
Building cultures of belonging and equity
Coaching and mentoring approaches that empower growth
Embedding wellbeing and resilience into leadership practice
Join us for this practical, interactive forum to learn strategies that you can implement immediately to strengthen your leadership impact.
