Join our team

As an Account Manager in our Professional Division you will benefit from working on an existing portfolio with key clients to support their short and long range talent needs. You will know how to engage meaningfully with clients, understand talent acquistion, pipelines and delivery methods and work to drive solutions through to implementation.  Responsible for portfolio growth within key clients you will know the value of steady, considered contact and delivery on the promise to build trusting relationships.  You will be comfortable working at finding solutions for high volume contact centre campaigns right through to handling exclusive one off high touch roles. You know recruitment, understand systems, processes and methodology, you value relationships and are excited by the fact that this role will let you take the reign and expand with out limitations.

What you will bring to the role;

Ideally you will have worked in a role that combined some recruitment and people management responsibility.

  • Either previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant OR Account Management role
  • Contact Centre experience (not essential, however would be preferred)
  • Assessment and talent management experience essential
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A strong customer service/client focus
