Job description

Your responsibilities will include providing key business information and analysis to department partners to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained locally and internationally.
 
 
Your role will also have a specific emphasis on:
 
  • Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information
  • Preparation of local statutory accounts as well as for USGAAP and AGAAP corporate and location management reporting
  • Prepares and analyzes financial performance reports
  • Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies.
 
You will also have the as a minimum, the following qualifications and experience:
 
  • CPA Qualified
  • Experience working with GAAP
  • Strong MS Skills
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant (highly desirable)
  • At least 5 – 10 years work experience within a large accounting or global corporate firms (ideal)
  • High level of organisational, interpersonal, communication, analytical skills
  • The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing portfolio of services
