Job description

DFP Recruitment are seeking reliable and experienced Administration professionals for numerous temporary government contracts around Perth, Western Australia. 
  • Competitive hourly rates - $35-$50 per hour plus Super (depending on experience)
  • Short and long-term contracts available
  • Full-time and part-time considered
  • Local, state and federal government clients
  • CBD, NOR and SOR locations
Types of roles available:
  • Administration officer
  • Executive assistant
  • Data entry clerk
  • Payroll and accounts
  • Records and information management

Responsibilities may include:
  • Data entry
  • Customer service
  • Updating spreadsheets and data
  • Accounts
  • Creating and maintaining confidential records
  • Drafting documents
  • Conducting basic research activities
  • Processing invoices
  • Meetings and minute taking
  • Understanding policies and procedures
  • Reception duties
  • ..etc
 About You:
  • Office support/administration experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Previous experience in government (highly advantageous)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Full working rights with Australia 
  • Current National Police Clearance highly desirable (dated within 3 months)
