  • 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
The Role

We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to provide essential administrative services and support the smooth operation of the team. You will manage records, coordinate meetings and events, assist with routine financial transactions, and ensure information flows efficiently to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of administration services, including records management, correspondence, and meeting/event coordination
  • Collect and compile information, prepare documents, and maintain records to support team operations
  • Undertake routine financial transactions and purchasing in compliance with agency procedures
  • Respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and provide accurate information to stakeholders
  • Administer email inboxes, databases, and documentation systems to ensure information accuracy and accessibility
About You:
  • Experience in administration, office support, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and meet deadlines
