- Location: Newcastle West, NSW | On-site only
- Contract: 5 weeks (possibility of extension) | 35 hrs/week
- Pay: $41.59/hr + super
Our State Government client is seeking multiple Client Services Officers to join the Private Management Support team. You will assist privately appointed Financial Managers with advice on financial decision-making, record-keeping, and reporting, ensuring decisions are in the best interest of the people they support. The role also involves handling phone and email enquiries and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate advice and support to Private Managers
- Manage inbound calls and shared email inbox
- Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Review and advise on proposed decisions
- Ensure consistent communication and smooth team operations
- Experience in customer service, administration, or office support
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn systems quickly and work collaboratively
