What you will be doing:
- Provide efficient and professional customer service to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, charters, ferries, and car hire, within required timeframes.
- Monitor and manage internal and external correspondence and telephone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Work within a fast-paced environment with KPIs and performance monitoring mechanisms.
- Connect with industry, local suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Contribute positively to team culture while performing recurring administrative tasks.
- Maintain high standards and accuracy when compiling documents, reports, and updating information systems (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Handle enquiries independently and escalate appropriately when required.
- Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and registers, contributing to process improvements.
- Undertake general administration functions as required.
Mandatory requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
