Our valued State Government client is seeking an AO3 Maintenance Support Officer to join their team in Maryborough. This busy role is based within a Maintenance Response Centre and operates in a call centre environment within a small, supportive team. You will deliver efficient, high-quality customer service while completing a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Position Overview:
- Answer inbound calls and manage maintenance-related enquiries
- Complete administrative duties to support maintenance operations
- Provide high standards of customer service to customers and stakeholders
- Work in a KPI-driven environment with performance monitoring
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, de-escalation, and dispute resolution
- Maintain accuracy when updating records, systems, documents, and reports
- Undertake general administrative functions as required
Mandatory Requirements:
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Highly Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to operate under pressure and in stressful situations
- Ability to work autonomously following on-the-job training
- General office skills, including Outlook
- Maintenance knowledge (advantageous)
