Job description

Our State Government client is seeking AO4 Coordinator (Property Management) to join their busy Commercial and Contract Management team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the management and administration of new and existing agreements ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
 
Your duties will include but will not be limited to: 
  • Preparing, or where appropriate engaging legal firms to prepare, tenancy leasing agreements.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responding to customer enquiries such as those relating to applications, consent requests, and customer complaints.
  • Ensuring tenancies are set up correctly in the department's property management systems (including Rentman & SAP) so that rent can be received and allocated correctly.
  • Coordinating the administration of the portfolio’s various agreements, contracts, applications, and approvals by ensuring critical dates are accurately managed, actioned and reported.
  • Coordinating the management of customer accounts, invoicing, arrears, rent reviews, insurance, and compliance obligations.
  • Providing detailed data and reporting to support the preparation of accurate and timely internal and external reporting and correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous Commercial Property Management experience
  • Working knowledge of tenancy agreements
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
