About the Role 

AO4 Lease Coordinator to support the Leasing Team of our State Government client. This role plays a vital part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial leasing solutions across the Government’s office property portfolio.
We are currently seeking an experienced

Duties include:
  • Assist with the delivery and management of leased assets across the portfolio
  • Provide advice on commercial lease management
  • Support executive and sensitive leasing projects
  • Update lease, tenancy, and financial management systems
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Contribute to policy and guideline development
  • Research market trends to inform strategic planning
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, landlords, and tenants
  • Prepare executive correspondence and briefing notes
What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Demonstrated commercial leasing experience, ideally in a government or corporate setting
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly in liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Proven financial administration skills, including invoice preparation and processing
  • Solid administration experience, especially updating data in systems like Manhattan
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and excellent organisational skills
