Are you an experienced scheduler with a background in construction or infrastructure delivery? Our state government client is looking for a Project Scheduler / Resource Planner to play a key role in coordinating project delivery and optimising workforce utilisation across multiple programs.
Reporting to the Director, you will work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders to develop and manage detailed schedules, support apprentice workforce planning, and provide accurate reporting to support effective decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project and program schedules
- Coordinating resources across concurrent construction and maintenance projects
- Supporting apprentice scheduling to align with training and competency requirements
- Maintaining dashboards and reports on program status and resource utilisation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve resourcing constraints and improve scheduling consistency
What you’ll bring:
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Project Professional / Project Web App
Construction or project scheduling experience - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
