Job description

Our client is currently seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer to join the team within a Federal Government Agency based in Port Augusta, SA.

National Delivery is responsible for engaging with participants and managing participant plans and supports. State/Territory-based business units manage the operating functions of the Scheme, ensuring accessible, nationally consistent participant experiences.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 
  • Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks.
  • Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
  • Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
  • Interrogating the Agency Business system to identify appropriate actions.
  • Supporting planning teams by actioning planning tasks that do not require delegation.
  • Undertaking a range of data entry activities.
  • Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the Agency Business systems

This role is at the APS3 level equivalent offering $37.36 per hour + 11% super. The rate of pay is casually loaded, as you will not be accruing annual or sick leave.
