Job description

Our Federal Government client provides support, services and information to veterans and their dependants, current or former serving. In the role of Services Support Officer, you will provide administrative and phone-based assistance in the Rehabilitation Services section. The role of this area is to enable eligible clients to access rehabilitation, compensation, health and other care services.
 

The Role and Responsibilities
 
  • To ensure that the records are accurate and reflect details of the clients
  • Manage newly submitted claims in accordance with KPI’s
  • Handle and respond to general phone enquiries in accordance with relevant KPI’s
  • Attending to mailbox enquiries
  • Processing account enquiries
 
Australian Citizenship is mandatory to be considered for these roles.
 

About You 

Effective communication, initiative, problem solving skills and attention to detail are a must to be successful in this role.  In addition to this, you will be resulted oriented and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

In return you will receive:
  • Contract until end of June 2022 with possible long term extension
  • Adelaide CBD location
  • Attractive hourly rate of $39ph
