- $38 to $48 per hour + superannuation

As a Recruitment Officer, you will provide comprehensive recruitment advice, service and support which meets the needs of managers and supervisors, and new and existing employees. These
Duties
Among other duties, the successful candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive end to end recruitment service, advice and education, including recommendation of appropriate recruitment approaches to the organisation
- Create and provide various organizational, employee and position-based reports
- Contribute to the data integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Maintain personal awareness of current best practice recruitment and selection strategies, including market influences
You’ll bring your track record in successful event management to this role:
- Extensive experience in recruitment, ideally within a Government Agency or Department
- eRecruit System experience is a must!
- Certificate IV qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Sound knowledge of the basic provisions of industrial awards, certified agreements and employment legislation
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- A Federal Police Clearance or be able to obtain
- Experience with eRecruit
- Immidiate Start

- Secure an APS Role without a Baseline Clearance
