About the role
As an APS5 - ICT Services Portfolio Support Officer will be in charge for setting up the section, assisting with designing, developing, and building the Service Portfolio, catalogues, frameworks, and documentation.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the Service Portfolio content repository and ensuring it contains current information that aligns with existing processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining the Service Portfolio, catalogues, framework, and documentation. Ensure confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ensuring new services run through a set of standardised activities and procedures to ensure information is documented and provided to the relevant management processes.
  • Assisting with coordinated regular reviews of services and their design packages.
  • Ensuring compliance of SAM policies, procedures, processes and services are within agreed SLAs.
Skills and Experience
Applicants must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
  • Demonstrate experience in ICT Service Portfolio or Software Asset Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards.
  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal skills and has an aptitude for collaboration and negotiation with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Has a high attention to detail and a focus on delivery in a fast paced environment.
