About the role
As an IT Business Analyst – Infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing infrastructure operations across the business. This position is hands-on, onsite, and highly visible – ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing IT systems, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.

About the role
As an IT Business Analyst – Infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing infrastructure operations across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing infrastructure and end-user computing support across the business
- Troubleshooting issues related to servers, hardware, software, networks, and Motorola radio systems (or similar)
- Maintaining functionality and compliance within the server room
- Supporting collaboration tools including Skype and Zoom
- Managing IT requests and incidents through ServiceNow
- Assisting in the development of business solutions and recommending process improvements
- Maintaining system protocols and technical documentation
You’re a capable and proactive IT professional with strong infrastructure experience. You’re confident working independently, enjoy being hands-on, and can engage with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience supporting infrastructure, networks, and server environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Motorola radio systems or similar communication tools
- Experience managing IT incidents through ServiceNow (or other ticketing platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documenting technical procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with users and technical teams
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic setting
