- EL1 - $600 per day + super
Our client is seeking multiple APS6 and EL1 Business Analysts and Service Designers to join their Sydney team.
Responsibilities for the Business Analysts will include but are not be limited to:
- Reviewing current business processes to create a clear understanding of, and to document, the current processes.
- Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis.
- Providing program/stream level analysis and producing required analysis documentation.
- Designing and delivering workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing.
- Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design.
- Implementing and maintaining audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issues.
APS6 Candidates:
- Experience in developing business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.
- Experience with verification testing of the built solution to ensure alignment to business requirements.
- Ability to implement governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.
- Experience evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions and design.
- Salesforce experience and prior knowledge and experience in disability and public sector is desirable.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence and working within an Agile project environment.
- Preparing business analysis specification to help elicit effective and timely decision making to enable service design work with the program
- Stakeholder management experience, particularly in determining business readiness criteria.
- Preparing business analysis work plans for the service design sprints component of work and other deliverables.
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Creating and documenting a baseline understanding of the current state service by employing design research to identify current business processes, as well as both staff and participant experience.
- Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis and producing required analysis documentation.
- Ensuring that the end-to-end service experience is based around participant and staff need, in line with the Digital Service Standard and is consistent for all users across different touchpoints.
- Providing expertise and supporting the product owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
- Providing assistance to the product owner with the use of system tools.
APS6 Candidates:
- Experience in creating and facilitating process design improvements and documenting current business processes.
- Experience in facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test the future service (processes, channels and experiences).
- Understanding of evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions and design at conceptual and tactical levels.
- Salesforce experience and prior knowledge and experience in disability and public sector is desirable.
- Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams across varied skillsets on large projects
- Experience in delivering service design blueprints and associated deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with a service industry, with an end user process
