Responsibilities
- Undertake data analytics and reporting, producing reports using standard statistical techniques
- Extract and present data in Microsoft Excel and result comparison chart formats
- Draft communication pieces and present business insights and recommendations
- Co-ordinate branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement outcomes
- Undertake quality assurance processes, including sample audit programs and reports, quality trend analysis and outcomes analysis
- Implement and manage processes and management systems to track branch and Partner performance
- Demonstrated experience in developing business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.

- Experience with establishing and implementing governance and compliance processes
- Ability to implement governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.
- Preferable prior knowledge and experience in disability and public sector
