Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, ensuring smooth desk setups and the distribution of relevant materials.
- Inductions: Facilitate the department's inductions for new employees.
- Business Management Manual: Regularly update and maintain the Business Management Manual.
- Fixed Assets: Coordinate the management of fixed assets, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance.
- Stocktake Coordination: Organise and coordinate the quarterly stocktake process.
- General Administration: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including managing the Business Admin Inbox.
- Fleet Management: Manage the fleet, including vehicle bookings, resourcing forecasts, and maintaining vehicle registers.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in providing business, administrative, and clerical support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
