Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end insurance claims in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assess, investigate, and validate claims promptly and accurately.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth claim resolution.
- Previous experience in insurance claims (workers compensation, personal injury, or general insurance).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
- Competitive hourly rate: $37.13 + Super
- Monday - Friday
- Immediate start – short-term contract with potential for extension.
