The Organisation
Our client delivers a high-quality service in the automotive insurance industry. Primarily around insurance for car yards and novated leases they offer premium warranty and insurance for highest quality service.

The Role
Our client just can't stop growing! They are looking for experienced contact centre staff to join their team within a supportive and team focused environment. Although this is a call centre environment there are no sales. This is a support role assisting the claims team with full onsite training provided.

There is the opportunity to work in either Central Melbourne OR the Latrobe Valley. In this role you will be providing administration assistance, answering enquiries, taking, and making calls to clients. This is a full time role with set hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There is the choice to complete overtime and weekend work contributing to the roadside assistance team.

Duties will include but not limited to;
  • Provide superior customer service to customers, agents and repairers
  • Assist processing claims
  • Attending to and documenting inbound and outbound calls
  • Processing transfers
  • Assist in processing disputes and managing disputes register
  • Entering service records, filing and actioning emails and faxes
  • Raising claims in the database and ensuring records are updated and maintained
  • Administration tasks as dictated by claims leadership team

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service and administration role
  • Experience in the automotive industry would be viewed favourably
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
