Job description

We are looking for 12 experienced Collections Officers to join the fabulous Red Energy Collections team. These full-time temp positions are expected to have a duration of at least 12 months with the potential to go permanent during that period.  These roles can be working from home, the Cremorne (East Richmond) office or a blend of both and are on a rotating Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm roster.

About the role
  • This role works with existing customers regarding payment of their outstanding debt. Duties include:
  • Handling outbound debt collection calls using strong negotiating skills while displaying empathy
  • Assisting inbound customers resolving disputes, claims and payments
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and investigations

About You
You will have previous experience within debt collections and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Along with this you’ll have the following competencies:
  • Strong customer service skills displaying empathy
  • Great negotiation skills and working towards a mutually agreeable solution
  • High level of resilience with the ability to move from one call to another with a positive mindset.
