Job description

A  rare opportunity has arisen for a premium customer service focused individual to join our client specialiszing in premium home appliances.  This will be a 12 month fixed term contract commencing July 2022
Directly reporting to the Head of Direct To Consumer the primary purpose of the Customer Relationship Specialist is to build premium relationships with the customers and provide a seamless transaction and customer experience from taking the initial product order through to delivery of the consumer purchase.

Your responsibilities will incorporate:

  • Identify and respond to customer requirements from initial order to delivery
  • Ensure high attention to detail in all correspondence with customers
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring all communication and data is well documented to each SAP order
  • Coordinate returns, refunds and exchanges and resolve any customer escalations
  • Liaise with internal Planning Teams to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met
  • Provide wealth of knowledge and accuracy around Neff and Gaggenau products
  • Manage any administrative tasks and reporting as required within team
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Customer Service / Sales support experience with a Premium brand
  • Proven attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work to timeframes
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • High level technical competance
