Job description

We are currently seeking a number of exceptional Customer Service Scheduling Officers to work in with our global client in the insurance and assistance industry on a full time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of requests and arranging for a scope of work and services to be completed for vulnerable customers.

  • Full time hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm (38 hours)
  • Commencing ASAP
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Provide high level of service experience through effective relationship building, problem solving and needs analysis
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide the appropriate advice and direction where required
  • Verifying the eligibility of customer entitlements as required to deliver the necessary services
  • Accurate data entry of requested information in a timely manner
What makes a successful Customer Service Assistant?

Although you don’t need to have any specific experience, to be considered for this role you will have the following attributes:
  • Highly regarded experience having worked in a Customer Service environment previously
  • Immediately available or less than 2 week notice period
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solver, ability to multi task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Is committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative and fun team culture
