We are expanding our team in Australia and are looking for passionate Customer Service Consultants who are determined to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

Our Customer Service call centre teams now work on a hybrid model in Australia and our team absolutely love the flexibility this provides. Our only ask is that you complete your 3-6 months training and onboarding so we can set you up for success!

The role
  • Provide high quality service to Miele customers through responding to service enquiries relating to a range of products and services.
  • Deliver solutions uniquely designed for each of our customers
  • Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with full support from your leader
  • Must be available from Monday to Saturday 8am-7pm on a rotational roster
Who we look for
  • Experience in customer service, be that in person or over the phone or People starting out in customer service who are keen to learn and grow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to connect and develop rapport with customers and peers.
  • The ability to problem solve, to think critically and the ability to adapt.
  • Confidence in navigating multiple systems while talking to a customer.
