Job description

Our client specialise in home appliances and have a reputation for high quality products and a premium customer service to match. A number of ongoing opportunities are available for determined and passionate customer service consultants. For our client, their customers are at the heart of everything they do and that's where they need you!

Working within the service and general enquiries team you will play an integral role in providing first contact resolution and provide support and product information to not only consumers but also internal and external stakeholders. The Customer Service call centre teams now work on a hybrid model in Australia and absolutely love the flexibility this provides. Our clients only ask is that you complete your 3-6 months training and onboarding so they can set you up for success!

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Process orders in a timely manner and display a sense of urgency towards customer enquiries
  • Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
  • Provide product information and technical assistance
  • Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with full support from your leader
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Experience in customer service, be that in person or over the phone or People starting out in customer service who are keen to learn and grow.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Professional telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience
  • Proven ability to meet KPI’s

This is a full time (37.5 hrs) temp opportunity, starting on 12th August 2022!

Successful candidates will be flexible to work over a 6 day rotating roster. The operational hours of the centre are 8am-7pm. You will be joining an organisation that engages in their staff and offers exceptional hands on training and support.
