Job description

DFP Recruitment are proud to again be partnering with a key State Government in recruiting experienced Customer Service Officers to join their team on a temporary basis for the next 4+ weeks.
 
The roles: 
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a contact centre environment taking inbound calls to immediately support local communities in Far North Queensland.
 
About you: 
You are passionate about delivering great customer experience by listening, clarifying and providing up to date and accurate information.
 
You will have experience in providing customer service over the phone in a scripted environment. You will bring an exceptional attention to detail including accurate data entry, and a keen ability to pick up new systems and procedures in a timely manner. 
 
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong resilience and the ability to manage customers in distressed situations.
 
Key Details 
  • Shift work across a rotating roster: 7.00am - 7.00pm, 7-days per week (great penalty rates)
  • $49.40/ hour + superannuation
  • Onsite parking
  • An immediate start for an initial one month with extension options available based on operational requirements
