Start Date: Monday 12 February 2024
Duration: 12 Months + 12-month extension
Work Arrangements: full-time, onsite minimum 3 days/week, flexible arrangements considered

Key Responsibilities:
- Embedding accessibility in software development lifecycle
- Collaborating with a diverse team including designers, developers, and product managers
- Conducting WCAG compliance audits and reviews
- Contributing to training and capability uplift
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as an accessibility specialist
- Strong knowledge of WCAG, WAI-ARIA, HTML, CSS, JS, and common assistive technologies
- Demonstrated passion for inclusivity and accessibility in public digital services
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
