  • Multiple Federal Government opportunities in Sydney
  • 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
  • $585 per day + super
The Role
The EL1 Business Analyst is a team leadership position that will work to resolve issues and risks across a broad range of activities involving significant detail and to provide support to the leadership team with the planning and coordination of the wider team.  
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing current business processes to create a clear understanding of, and to document, the current processes.
  • Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis.
  • Providing program/stream level analysis and producing required analysis documentation.
  • Providing expertise and supporting the Product Owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps with the input from SMEs.
  • Leading transition of business requirements over to build teams for development.
  • Supporting verification testing of the built solution to ensure alignment to business requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Previous experience as a Business Analysts.
  • Experience in dealing with confronting and complex situations and information.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
  • Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability.
