About the Role:
We’re seeking a Project Manager to support a government client in delivering operational activities across a portfolio of reform initiatives. This role offers exposure to legislative implementation, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to contribute to national projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation of assigned project deliverables.
- Allocate resources and manage day-to-day project activities.
- Monitor progress, escalate risks and issues, and ensure transparency.
- Develop project documentation and reports to required standards.
- Maintain project governance and scheduling.
- Engage stakeholders and represent the agency in various forums.
- Provide analysis on complex issues and contribute to policy and project coordination.
- Supervise and develop team members, encouraging career growth
Mandatory Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing similar-sized projects within the past 3 years.
- Strong understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies.
- High-quality written communication skills.
- Experience with MS SQL, data warehouse modelling, and Power BI is a plus
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across a geographically dispersed network.
- Analytical skills to drive change and business improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and promote professionalism.
- Personal integrity and ability to work within legislative and policy frameworks.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Baseline AGSVA clearance.
