Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals in Agile principles, practices, and mindsets
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Guide the adoption of Agile tools, frameworks, and techniques (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)
- Help identify and remove delivery impediments to enable team flow
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the program
- Support and coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and stakeholders to embed Agile ways of working
- Leverage Agile metrics to promote visibility and performance
- Foster high-performing Agile teams and a culture of trust and delivery focus
- Influence and engage with senior leaders to align Agile delivery with strategic goals
- Proven experience delivering Agile coaching at team, program, and leadership levels
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery models
- Skilled in building collaborative, high-performing Agile teams
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills across a range of delivery roles
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement and leading change in complex environments
- Proficient with Agile tools and using data to drive improvement and transparency
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
