The Organisation
Our client is a locally owned business with a long history in all things offroad, with a have a keen eye for detail coupled with skills in fabrication and manufacturing. Their fabrication is completed in house, with a rear workshop housing a plasma cutter, guillotine, benders, folder, and toolboxes etc.
The Opportunity
Do you have a passion for cars. Do you have experience in bending and welding steel. The position will see you working on long term projects such as race cars and hot-rods.
The position is responsible for but not limited to:
- Ability to bend Steel and weld.
- Operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workshop.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
- You have a passion for the automotive industry
- Reliable, effective time management skills, well organised and detail orientated
- Actively takes initiative
- Supportive team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
