Our client are looking for a passionate and experienced Field Practice Lead to join their team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of field instruction manuals and work practices that meet industry standards and support safe, efficient operations across our electricity network and generation assets.

Our client are looking for a passionate and experienced Field Practice Lead to join their team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of field instruction manuals and work practices that meet industry standards and support safe, efficient operations across our electricity network and generation assets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a small team of field practice specialists.
- Create engaging, modern documentation that highlights key activities and risks.
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive suite of field procedures and manuals.
- Align field practices with Horizon Power’s Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SHW) Management System.
- Support the integration of new and emerging technologies into field practices.
- Oversee the contract authorization process for field operations.
- Solid industry experience in electricity generation and network operations.
- A background in electrical trades or a degree in electrical engineering (highly regarded).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/or qualifications in Work Health & Safety (desirable).
- Proven expertise in technical writing, field practice development, and assurance.
