Your responsibilities would include:
- Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
- Working in collaboration with the call planner to optimise work load
- Maintain order and cleanliness of van and ensure stock is up to date
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
- Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to and attend training as required
- Current Disconnect/Reconnect licence or full electrical licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- A sound technical knowledge of domestic appliances incorporating the ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers
- Gas and refrigeration license highly regarded
