Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager – Homelessness Services to lead our dedicated team in delivering high quality, person centred support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

About the Role
As the Program Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across our homelessness programs. You’ll drive excellence in service delivery, support and mentor a dedicated team, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure contractual compliance and quality standards are consistently met.
You’ll also play a key role in developing a collaborative and integrated approach to service delivery, ensuring our programs respond to the evolving needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program delivery, including case and workload allocation, service planning, and resource management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, funding bodies, and service partners.
- Ensure services align with contract requirements, accreditation standards and the Practice Framework.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff through regular supervision, support, and professional development.
- Monitor and manage staffing levels and resource allocation in line with program budgets and participant needs.
- Support the design and implementation of community activities and events that promote engagement and awareness.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all services reflect best practice, compliance, and participant-centred care.
- Maintain high-quality participant records and current knowledge of relevant legislation and sector developments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in community or homelessness services.
- Strong understanding of program management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract compliance.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
- Deep commitment to participant wellbeing, dignity, and choice.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards governing homelessness and community services.
