Job description

This is an important role working as the bridge between the Business, Technology, and their clients with emphasis on customer engagement, service improvement and service design! This team provides a centralised structure to develop, implement and administer the appropriate IT infrastructure to support business requirements and the growing needs within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering in Order to Cash, Distribution, Supply Chain initiatives
  • Lead Business requirements and match them to available existing solutions in ERP and Digital
  • Suggest new approaches for integration in-line with Global and Regional standards.
  • Prepare business requirements and functional specifications for development, configuration, and testing
  • Support user testing and data migration
  • Support implementation of change and training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process and in partnership with regional support teams. 
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience working with order to cash, distribution & supply chain related projects
  • Tertiary qualification or similar qualification and/or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years in similar position – focused on implementation, support, design, training, and configuration.
  • Experience of Web Orders, Integration with B2B and B2C Digital solutions for managing ordering and distribution
  • Experience or knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle E1, JD Edwards, Masterpack, SalesForce.com, Oracle Agile, Web Methods, Comergent commerce, TRAX PPS, credit card processing, EDI, and use of SQL would be a plus
  • Experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving and working in teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level experience in project management/implementation and support 
Commencing as soon as possible the successful candidates will be available to work full time hours Monday to Friday onsite in Scoresby.
