Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning and Capability Specialist to join their team.  This is a mainly WFH role with you required to go into the office one day per fortnight.  This is a temporary assignment with an estimated end date of 30 June 2023.

This telecommunications company is undertaking a strategic re-structure requiring extensive learning and capability programs across the business.  
 
About the Role
As part of a team, you will be responsible for the solution design, planning and delivery of learning and capability programs.  You will play an important role in the end-to-end learning and organisational development journey from ideation, through to delivery of critical capabilities and experiences.  Key accountabilities include
  • Manage learning programs from scope and definition through to deliverables and success measures
  • Delivery and support of critical learning programs to deliver objectives, milestones and strategic deliverables
  • Work with SME’s to co-deliver learning requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external instructional design partners to provide coordinated input into solution design and development
About you
You will have at least 5 years in a similar role working within a team environment.  You will be a people person that enjoys liaising with stakeholders across and outside of the business.  Along with this you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Working in end to end learning design through to deliver
  • Project management and working with vendors (in an L&D environment)
  • Delivering engaging training and effective assessments against learning outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and effective collaboration
