Job description
Our client is seeking reliable and self motivated Material Recycling Facilitators to help sort through recycling materials at our local waste plant.
This position is based in Broome and will be for 6-8 weeks with the possibility of extension. Hour of work are Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 1.30pm with overtime availble.
This role predominantly consists of picking up and sorting through industrial and residential recycling material from a conveyor belt (Eg woods, paper, metals, plastic and other materials). Site clean up and forklift work will also be required.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
· High attention to detail
· A current Forklift licence is desirable
· A good understanding of workplace health and safety standards, and safe work practice.
· A reasonable level of fitness
· The ability to perform repetitive work for long periods of time
· Vaccinations in Hepatitis A & B and the records to show this
