Our client is a leader in the superannuation industry.  Due to a growth in their business, they are looking for representatives to join their Member Services team.

About the role
 
We are in search of people with experience across financial services products to join an award winning member services team (Winner of the Chant West 2022 Member Services of the year award).
 
This role is not an entry level role. You will need the ability to learn complex concepts quickly. The team are passionate and experienced superannuation specialists working each day to educate and empower members to achieve their retirement goals. 
 
  • Location – Brisbane, Milton
  • Hybrid ways of working available - in the office and work from home 
  • Training – onsite for the first 4 weeks
 
The type of interactions you will manager will include:
  • Complex enquiries
  • Financial Hardship enquiries
  • Insurance claims
  • Defined benefit and accumulation plan servicing
  • Technical support across our front facing member applications
  • Member, adviser and employer enquiries
  • Support members to understand their Investment allocations, employer contributions and provide them guidance on legislative rules surrounding superannuation
