Job description

Our client is a fast-growing organisation in the IT Software Industry. Based in the heart of the CBD, they employ a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, software developers, designers and testers.

About the role:
In the role of Office Manager & Personal Assistant you are responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly. This includes reception duties and managing visitors and suppliers as well as ensuring the boardrooms are set up, managing office supplies, catering and note taking in staff meetings.
As the Personal Assistant you will provide support to the CEO, Directors, and Senior Management. You will be responsible for calendar management, travel coordination, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, conference bookings and small projects assisting with HR, legal, marketing and recruitment activities.  As the organisation grows, there will be opportunities to grow and develop pending your skill set.
 
What are we looking for:
We are looking for a professional Office Manager / Personal Assistant who shows initiative with a collaborate approach, can adapt to changing requirements at short notice and contributes to the positive office culture with an upbeat personality. In this office they thrive on creating great customer outcomes and as Office Manager you would play a part in providing this service. You will have good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and show high attention to detail.
