They have an extensive showroom featuring a range of Ford, Hyundai, Renault and LDV vehicles, including the latest models. Rest assured our client uses Genuine Parts - which are available to order from our comprehensive catalogue when servicing your vehicle.

The Opportunity 
Join a team of 35 employees with a business focused on providing continuous Training and development. This opportunity is for a parts interpreter with strong customer service experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and be knowledgeable with automotive parts. You will use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to assist customers with purchasing the correct parts for their vehicle. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday on a permanent fulltime basis.

 The position is responsible for but not limited to: 
  • Assist the team including, Trade, Workshop and customers
  • Accurate interpretation of all Panel and Mechanical parts
  • Accurately processing all orders and enquiries
  • Stock management
  • Managing all customers enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Receipt and dispatch of parts
  • Supporting the greater team to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed
About you…. 
  • You will have a passion for the automotive industry
  • Open to further development and new initiatives in the automotive industry
  • Experience with customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Competent with Microsoft office and data entry
  • Ability to problem solve  
  • Effective time management skills, well organised and detail orientated
  • Supportive team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
