Role
This part time role (ideally 2 days per week but negotiable) is situated in the People and Performance Team who support the business to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our candidates, clients and on-hired workers. The team manages generalist HR initiatives, L&D, Capability, Compliance and OHS across the operation.

- Establish third party relationships with organisations that provide services to groups that meet the diversity and inclusion strategies of DFP clients, including Job Network Providers, Apprenticeship centres, industry bodies and Diversity representatives.
- To champion diversity and inclusion (D&I) at DFP and develop recruitment and placement methodology that promotes equitable recruitment practises and meaningful work for candidates
- Promote and forge DFP’s position as leading Diversity recruitment partner with our client market.
The ideal candidate will have a background that enables them to immediately connect, engage and build this capability and participate meaningfully in industry to consult and to deliver solutions to our clients. Ideally you will have
- Established knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive relationships to deliver mutually beneficial and measureable outcomes.
- Recruitment Industry, Job Network or related experience
- Degree Qualification – in HR or related field
