Job Title: Project Administrator
Employer: DFP Recruitment client
Position Type: 3 month casual temporary contract with possibility of 3 month extension
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Location: Joondalup, WA 6027
Role Overview: Our client requires a Project Administrator to provide project related services for a business unit within the agency that has responsibility for a number of reform initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables
  • Update and collate project documentation to ensure the projects delivery complies with agreed project governance methodology
  • Assist the project team to complete basic tasks and implementation actions to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
  • Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project and progress briefs to meet project reporting requirements
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
  • Provide a range of secretarial and administrative services, including coordinating workshops, meetings and preparing the supporting documentation for these activities.
 Essential to be successful in this role;
  • Experience in providing high-level executive, administrative and/or secretarial support to a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and manage competing priorities to meet short deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analysis and undertake project reporting.
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
