- Contract from 24 November 2025 to 20 November 2026 (2 x 12-month roles, 1 x 6-month role)
- $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
- 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
We are seeking skilled Project Officers to provide project management and support across a range of initiatives in disaster planning and recovery. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while supporting communities and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management, support, and administrative services, including preparing reports, briefs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate resources, manage purchasing/invoicing, and monitor project plans to achieve objectives.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations.
- Collate and analyse data, identify emerging issues, and report on project progress against milestones.
- Undertake research, trend analysis, and prepare project briefs to support informed decision-making.
- Experience in project management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, briefs, and project documentation.
