Job description

DFP Recruitment Perth are currently seeking a Project Support Officer for a six month contract with our state government client in Perth.

Duties:
  • Assist the Project Manager, Transforming Perth Freeways (TPF) with tasks, including finances, task tracking, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution etc.
  • Assist the Project Manager (TPF) in scheduling meetings, developing agendas, recording and distributing minutes, follow up actions.
  • Project manage small to medium projects to successful completion including the development of detailed project plans, Project Scope Identification documentation, benefit/cost analysis and engagement content, reporting on these.
  • Produce project reports including tracking progress on milestones, finances etc and create project / program templates for reporting and tracking program status.
  • Populate and maintain program and project risk and issue registers.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (intermediate skills), Microsoft Project
  • Project Management
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Works well in a team environment
