Job Title: Project Support Officers, Project Officers and Site Administrator

Employer: Range of clients

Position Type: Casual contract working full time hours

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates based on experience and role

Duration: Ongoing temp roles

Location: Perth

Role Overview: We have a range of clients seeking versatile and proactive individuals to assist with their project needs. We are looking for experienced Project Support Officers, Project Officers and Site Administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams.
  • Manage project correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain project files and records
Site Administration:
  • Oversee site logistics, including access, equipment, and supplies.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Assist with the preparation of site documentation and permits.
  • Monitor and maintain site safety protocols and compliance.
Project Assistance:
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Support project budgeting and expense tracking.

Essential to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative support and project coordination roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction or engineering projects (preferred).
