Location: Perth CBD
Contract: 6 month temp contract with a view to extension and possible perm

About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support our consultants across the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same! You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and engaging top talent for white-collar roles.
  • Job Advertising: Draft and post compelling job ads across multiple platforms.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate documentation, and maintain compliance.
  • Process Management: Keep systems updated and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in administration or recruitment support (agency or internal).
  • Government exposure (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment systems and MS Office.
